What to bring to your appointment?
Please bring your Medicare card and any private health fund card so we can process rebates on the spot for glasses or contact lenses.
If you have a Health Care Card or concession card, bring this with you. If you currently wear glasses, prescription sunglasses or contact lenses, please bring them along so we can review your current prescription.
For myopia control appointments, please bring any previous prescriptions, past eye test results, and details of any myopia treatments currently or previously used (such as ortho-k lenses, myopia control spectacles, or atropine therapy).
For children’s eye tests, any previous reports from teachers, pediatricians or other specialists can be helpful and are welcome.
While booking your appointment, you may also wish to consider whether other family members are due for an eye examination.
